Nerves quitude

This class has been designed for a late morning practice. We will ignite the day with a combo of kriyas to wake up the energies and reset the nerves, and a closing meditation to consolidating the intention of the practice.
We start with ‘Wake Up the Body to Handle Stress and Strain’ kriya which is a perfect set for warming up. This is followed by ‘Refreshing the Nervous System’ kriya, a sequence of short asanas that can make you mentally very itchy, because you are moving areas that you don't usually move. We will close with ‘Heart and Brain Helper’ meditation to clear out the lymph glands in the upper chest, and make the heart healthy. It works on the left and right hemispheres of the brain, creating a balance between them. It will make you quick to know what to do.
